I rang last Summer 2022 to book my then 3 year old and 7 year old for a...” check up to be told that with the NHS backlog they're not due one yet (which was ludicrous in itself as they were overdue because of lockdown) and to wait to be contacted. I ring today a year on, as I sort all appointments in the summer holidays when I have more time, to be told they've been taken off the register. I did as I was told and we had no notification to say otherwise. To say I am furious is an understatement. I was taken off the register straight after lockdown lifted and had to accept that. But for children not to have a free dental service in this country is a disgrace. I was told I could write to the practice manager which I shall be doing but obviously this won't resolve our predicament.”
